At Madihafabrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Used, washed, altered, or worn products.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Clearance or sale items unless received damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), Madihafabrics will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
